Terms for container orders and website use.
These terms apply to purchases from CONTAIN through cricketwireless.shop. They should be read with the Delivery Policy, EFT Payment Information, Refunds & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Seller and contact details

2. Product information and condition
We aim to present accurate titles, specifications, condition, prices and photographs. New, used and refurbished containers can differ in colour and cosmetic appearance. Used products may have dents, repairs, paint wear or surface corrosion consistent with the condition stated on the product page. Material known variations will be disclosed before order confirmation where applicable.
3. Prices, GST and delivery
Prices are in Australian dollars. Product prices include GST where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and displayed in the cart and checkout after a supported postcode is entered. If the final access review changes the required equipment or delivery price, no extra amount will be charged without your approval.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm stock, delivery requirements and the order details. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, delivery cannot be performed safely or a pricing error is obvious. Amounts paid for a declined order are refunded.
5. EFT payment
Payment is by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Use only the bank instructions provided with the official order confirmation and quote the order number as the reference. Orders remain on hold until cleared funds are received. See Payment Methods & EFT.
6. Delivery and site access
The customer must provide accurate postcode and access information and ensure a safe, lawful delivery route and placement area. Delivery windows are estimates until confirmed. Re-delivery, waiting or return-to-yard costs may apply where delivery fails because information was incorrect or agreed access was not available. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Ownership and risk
Ownership of a container passes after full cleared payment. Risk passes when delivery and placement are completed or when the customer or their carrier collects the container, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Cancellations, returns and consumer guarantees
Cancellation and return rules are set out in the Refunds & Returns Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Customer-provided information
You are responsible for ensuring that contact, delivery, property-access and order information is complete and accurate. You must have authority to nominate the delivery location and arrange any required permits or third-party consent.
10. Website use and intellectual property
Website content is provided for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, copy protected content for commercial reuse or submit false information. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the ACL and other applicable law.
12. Privacy, changes and governing law
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a revised date. The terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction there.
